Al Hayah (Egyptian Arabic: الحياه) is a free-to-air Egyptian general entertainment television channel. It is owned by United Media Services, and targets viewers across the Middle East and North Africa. The network is headquartered in 6 October city, Egypt.

History

Founded in 2008, Al Hayah is an Egyptian satellite channel broadcasting on Nilesat. It's an entertainment network that airs numerous series, entertainment programs, and talk shows.

The channel was founded by a group of Egyptian businessmen and has two studios: one in 6th of October City and the other in the World Trade Center overlooking the Nile River in Cairo, Egypt. The chairman of its board is El-Sayed El-Badawy, an Egyptian businessman and politician, the head of the Wafd Party, who later sold the channel to Egyptian Media Group (now United Media Services) in 2018.
