Baradili (Sardinian: Bobadri) is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) southeast of Oristano. With 80 inhabitants, it is the smallest municipality of Sardinia by population.

Baradili borders the municipalities of Baressa, Genuri, Gonnosnò, Sini, Turri, and Ussaramanna.

As of 2026, the population is 80, of which 50% are male, and 50% are female. Minors make up 11.2% of the population, and seniors make up 31.2%.
