Hell Is a State of Mind is the sixth studio album by Finnish metal band Lost Society, released on 6 March 2026, through Nuclear Blast. It spawned several singles including "Blood Diamond" and "Is This What You Wanted". The album will be performed live in its entirety at Helsinki's Tavastia club on 2 April 2026. With this album, the band continues to solidify their nu metal, metalcore, and groove metal direction from the previous album If the Sky Came Down.
