The 1957 CCCF Championship was the eighth edition of the CCCF Championship The tournament took place from August 11 to 25, 1957, was held in the Netherlands Antilles. Haiti won the tournament.
Although the competition was hosted in the then newly constituted nation of Netherlands Antilles, the national team of the Netherlands Antilles never adopted the new nation's name until after the 1958 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, continuing to compete until then as Curaçao.
Overview
In this edition Costa Rica did not participate for financial reasons, while Guatemala withdrew shortly before the tournament due to a national state of emergency following the assassination of its president Carlos Castillo Armas.
