Greater Norwich will be a unitary authority area in the ceremonial county of Norfolk, England. It will be formed from the Norwich district, 19 parishes from Broadland and 16 parishes from South Norfolk. The alternative proposals for a single unitary proposal and a 2 unitary proposal weren't accepted. There will be elections in May 2027 and the new unitary will be created in 2028. The largest settlement in the district will be Norwich. The current district of Norwich is unparished, the rest of the future district is parished. The area has a population of 278,285.

Its council will be called Greater Norwich City Council.
