Jay-Z 30 Tour

The Jay-Z 30 Tour (stylized as JAŸ-Z30) is the ninth headlining concert tour by American rapper Jay-Z. The all-stadium world tour celebrate the rapper 30th anniversary of his debut studio album Reasonable Doubt and 25th anniversary from his sixth studio album The Blueprint. It began on July 10, 2026, in New York City, and concluded on October 23, 2026, in Los Angeles, United States.

Marking Jay-Z first solo-live concerts since 4:44 Tour in 2017, the tour received positive reviews by music critics, who praised the production and the rapper celebration of his career and hip-hop history. The show featured different set lists throughout the tour concerts, with guest appearances by rappers Nas, Eminem, Pharrell Williams, Jeezy, Swizz Beatz and singers Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Usher, Teyana Taylor and his wife Beyoncé.

Background and developement

After his solo concert tour 4:44 Tour in 2017, in support of his thirteenth studio album 4:44, Jay-Z co-headline the On the Run II Tour in 2018 with his wife Beyoncé, during which they released their first collaborative album Everything Is Love under the pseudonym The Carters. Since then, Jay-Z has taken a break from recording, appearing only as a featured on other artists' albums, and not performing in concerts or touring. From 2019 to 2024, Jay-Z performed live on only a few television occasions, including at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards and the 77th Tony Awards for Alicia Keys’ award-winning musical Hell's Kitchen. In 2025 Jay-Z make guest performance on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour during two shows.

In March 2026, Jay-Z announced a three shows at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, New York City, scheduled for July 2026 to commemorate the 25th and 30th anniversaries of his albums The Blueprint and Reasonable Doubt. On May 30, 2026 Jay-Z headlined the 2026 Roots Picnic at the Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, becoming his first concert in seven years. In June 2026, Jay-Z and Roc Nation announced the Jay-Z 30 Tour concert series, with shows scheduled in Paris in September and Los Angeles in October to commemorate the 30th anniversary of his debut album Reasonable Doubt. On July 9, 2026, the rapper annunced a date in London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for September 4, 2026.

Production

The live instrumentation for the shows included a 10-piece band and an ensemble of 18 string players, which reimagine his classic tracks.

Critical reception

The tour received rave reviews from critics, who praised the show considered intimate and minimal, and the celebration of his career and hip-hop history with special guests.
